                Motivation is the desire to act in service of our goal. Today there is a huge crase of motivation and being motivated even in youth also. What is the role of motivation in our life? Is it really that much important? what is the power of motivation?
                   
Why motivation is important?

                 Every person is different from others. When we observe the people around us, we find that some people are continuously working for their goals and full of their potential while others are totally Opposite. The main reason behind this grand change is “motivation”. One can change their way of thinking, feeling, and behaving only by motivation. Motivation gives You wings to continue moving forward and helps you to get up from the downs of your life. 

How one can always be motivated?

                 Many of us don’t know the right way of getting motivation. Whenever we feel less motivated, we open google and search for motivational quotes. For that instant, some quotes put fire inside us. But that fire will not work for more than one day. Motivation needs consistency of thoughts. We can not be permanently motivated by temporary quotes. One can always be motivated in two ways. First, by his or her own thoughts, which we called self-motivation, and second by following inspiring blogs and quotes on daily basis. 

What to do for self-motivation? 

                 Our brains forget many things if we will not recall them from time to time. The only way by which we can fix anything in our mind is to write it on paper and always keep it in front of our eyes. We can do the same thing for self-motivation. The most essential factor for self-motivation is to make our own thoughts, now the question rises that how to make our own thoughts, it’s so simple, you just have to close your eyes and remember all the things which matter the most to you or the things which always force you to work for your goals like- your parents, any of your dream or any small or large goal. Now write it on the paper and stick it where your eyes can easily see them. It will definitely change your mindset and will keep you self-motivated.

                 There are so many sources of information on the internet but we have to shortlist some information and Read it from time to time. If we continuously pour good thoughts into our minds then it will make a grand positive change in our minds. It doesn’t mean that we just have to read good thoughts and do nothing for achieving our goals. We have to read blogs and do all these things in between the process of achieving the goal. Can motivation cause a negative impact?

                A large number of individuals are extremely dependent on motivation even some are got addicted to motivational quotes which may arise as a huge problem. If someone can motivate us or if we motivate by a thing then the same thing or the same person can also demotivate us so, it is wrong to depend on anyone or anything from which we can inspire and from which we can get fuel to come again on our path. If we read the biographies of the successful people who spread their identity all across the world we may not find that they are promoting motivational sources, but they are to say that only motivation can not lead you to the goals you have to acquire all the qualities of winners we will find that the motivation is quite important motivation play an important role but we should not totally dependant on it.


                   One can burn a fire inside them by the power of motivation. So always being motivated is quite important to stay focused.
